 There are electric dispensers, battery operated dispensers, still dispensers, what is the difference between them?

   It depends on the size and type of location that you want to provide a scent:

• Electric dispensers should be used for larger areas, each dispenser covers 800-1000 square feet.  Electric dispensers can use liquid scents or squares

• Battery dispensers are for medium size areas, each dispenser covers 200-400 square feet.  Battery dispensers can also use either liquid scents or squares.

• Still dispensers are for small areas.  It is recommended that you use squares or cans with this dispenser.

 Where would I use an electric dispenser?

You can use the electric dispenser for larger spaces.  In the home, office buildings, fitness centers, medical facilities, hotels and motels.

 Where would I use a battery operated dispenser?

You can use the battery operated dispenser for smaller places.  In restrooms, small offices, locations where an electric outlet is not available.

 Where would I use a still dispenser?

A still dispenser can be used anywhere in your home, office building, boat.  It is best for you to use the can with the wicks or the squares for this.  This will create a non-spill and you will not have to worry about batteries or electric.

 Where should I place air freshener dispensers in my home?

• It is recommended that you place a unit near your front door – so that your guests experience the wonderful scent when they enter your home.  In the beginning the scents will seem strong – but you get use to them and they smell wonderful.

• Bathrooms - obvious reasons

 There are liquid scents, cans and squares, what is the difference between them?

• Liquid Scent are sold in quarts, and can be used to refill both electric and battery units.

• Can are smaller versions of the liquid scents, sold in single use quantities.

• Squares are solid wafers, each individually wrapped.  They can be used in most dispensers.  No spills, no wicks to set.  Perfect for Boats, Trailers, Motorhomes.

 How long does a scent last?

• Our liquid scents have superior performance, with strong output.  A quart will provide multiple refills for the jar in the battery or electric dispenser, and each refill will give you a consistent scent during 30 days.

• Our cans also offer the same superior performance with an easy open “snap top”.

• Our squares are solid, high performance refills and are individually wrapped.  The squares offer you no spill and no wicks to bother with.  It also give you the opportunity to try different fragrances without purchasing a quart.

 What is a wick, and what is it used for?

Wicks are used with liquid scents, each quart comes with 12 wicks.  You place the wick in the jar with the liquid scent concentrate.  You can start out with one two or three wicks – depending on how strong you want the scent to be – recommended to start with one wick and you can add as needed.  You should change the wick once a month or as needed.

 How do you use squares?

Each dispenser can hold up to 4 squares.  When starting out, you place 1 square in the dispenser, in the left most slot, leaving three slots empty.  After one month, you put a second square into open slot (from the left).  After another month you add a third square, and a month later you add the fourth square.  At this point the dispenser is full.  A month later, it's time to rotate in a new square.  Remove the first square and discard it.  Shift all of the squares one space to the left, and put the new square in the right most slot.  You repeat this every month, adding in new squares.  By rotating the squares, you don't have to remember which ones is the older square, it will always be the one on the left.
